The PEACE Gallery exhibited sculptures inspired by “African Vision,” an exhibition at the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art in Washington, DC. The museum's education program also provided free curriculum to exhibit for our youth to learn about African art, culture, and history. “I was so inspired by the Museum’s collection that I literally ran out and bought beautiful Sculptures so we could have real examples of African Art right here at Operation P.E.A.C.E.,” says Executive Director, David Zermeno.
