As an Assistant Youth Coordinator you will assist our after school program activities for approximately 15 children between the ages of 5-13 years old who live in the Fenway area. Part time position to work at least one day a week (Monday- Friday, 2pm- 6pm). Work directly with the Youth Coordinator and Program Director.

Duties include: Assist with daily homework and activities that contribute to the care, growth and development of children. Assist with tracking goals of the programs and children. Monitor, organize and keep organized daily attendance, general information, release records and current individual files on each child attending the program. Communicate regularly with the parents and families of the children through written and verbal communication. Attend weekly staff meetings.

The after school program is located in the heart of the Fenway, MBTA (Green Line) accessible. Students with an interest in the arts or technology are particularly encouraged to apply. Applicants must be able to give a six-month commitment.
