Technology Teaching Internship
Operation P.E.A.C.E., a non-profit organization that provides technology programs to low-income families in the Fenway. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for computer classes to teach basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word and the Internet. Interested persons must be able to teach during one day from 10am-2pm on Monday-Thursday during our Open Access Hours.

Teaching duties:
• Responsible for teaching diverse community basic computer skills (introduction to using computers, Microsoft Word, and the Internet).
• Responsible for implementing curricula.
• Teach programs and computer skills.
• Serve the Fenway’s diverse community during open access hours by answering questions on a range of topics (For example: email use, applying for jobs online, general Internet use, creation of resumes)
Operation P.E.A.C.E. classes are held on Peterborough Street in the Fenway area, MBTA (Green Line) accessible. Applicants must be able to give a four-month commitment.
