YOUTH CENTER
OVERVIEW
Our Youth Center runs an After School program 5 days a week from 3pm to 6:30pm and an all-day Youth Summer Academy from 9am to 5pm during July and August to provide youth with caring supervision and educational support.
Our Youth Center staff provide After School students with daily homework tutoring and teach lessons in student-chosen topics. In the Summer Academy, youth visit places of interest around the Boston area and strengthen their skills in reading, math, social studies, and art.
The Youth Center's programs place a strong emphasis on literature, math, computer technology, communication, and the arts. The After School and Summer Academy implement our core values: teamwork, respect, responsibility, and effective communication.
