Empowering Local Communities Since 2001
Operation P.E.A.C.E. was founded more than 25 years ago with a simple but powerful belief: when communities are given access to opportunity, they thrive. What began as a grassroots effort to support youth facing educational inequities has grown into a multi-generational organization serving children, families, and seniors across Boston. From afterschool enrichment and summer programming to workforce readiness and community engagement initiatives, our work has always been rooted in listening first and responding with intention. Over the years, we have built trusted partnerships with residents, schools, and local stakeholders to ensure our programs reflect real needs and create measurable impact. Today, Operation P.E.A.C.E. continues to evolve, honoring our legacy while building innovative, sustainable pathways that strengthen families and expand opportunity for the next generation.

The Heart of Our Impact
At Operation P.E.A.C.E., our strength comes from our people who are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Our staff are the heart of impact at Operation P.E.A.C.E., the trusted mentors, educators, and advocates who bring our mission to life every day. They do more than deliver programs; they build relationships, listen with intention, and respond to the evolving needs of the community with compassion and professionalism. Their dedication, cultural responsiveness, and commitment to measurable outcomes ensure that every workshop, mentoring session, and community event moves families closer to stability and opportunity. Because of their leadership and care, our work is not just effective, it is deeply rooted in trust and lasting impact.
