Supporting Children, Strengthening Families, Empowering Seniors
At Operation P.E.A.C.E., we deliver place-based, multi-generational programs that create lasting change. Our work centers around one powerful belief: that when you support the whole community, children, families, and seniors, everyone thrives.
We provide free, year-round services directly within affordable housing communities and neighborhood hubs in Boston. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, culturally responsive, and rooted in the lived experiences of the people we serve.
Community Programming
Community Programming at Operation P.E.A.C.E. is designed to strengthen neighborhoods by meeting residents where they are and responding to real, identified needs. We deliver on-site workshops, resource fairs, educational opportunity and community events directly within residential communities to remove barriers to participation and increase access. Our programming focuses on empowerment, workforce readiness, health and wellness education, youth engagement, and resident leadership development. By creating consistent spaces for learning, connection, and collaboration, we help build trust, elevate resident voices, and foster a stronger, more resilient community. Each initiative is rooted in partnership and designed to create measurable, lasting impact.
